The Cost Controls Dashboard lets you set spend limits at the agent level and the workspace level. Each agent can have its own cap, and the workspace has an overall ceiling.
Usage is tracked as it happens, so you can see where spend is going at any time. When usage approaches a limit you set, the dashboard sends an alert. When it hits the limit, it can shut the agent off automatically.
This keeps AI costs predictable as you add more agents and more workflows. You decide the limits, and the dashboard enforces them.
